You always know what happened
Every application shows what we changed for that job, for example: "Tailored for Data Analyst: put SQL reporting first."
Statuses come from real replies: Applied, Interview, Not selected.
When a form asks something only you know, you get one notification. Answer it in a sentence and we remember it for next time.

Which jobs?
At launch: roles in English at companies that hire through Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workable, across the EU. Jobs posted only on LinkedIn or Indeed show up as Apply yourself, with your answers ready.
Is my CV still mine?
Yes. Every line comes from you. We bring forward the skills you already have that a job asks for, and we never invent experience.
Where do applications go from?
From the Joblin app on your own computer, at a calm pace, in your name. It stops and asks you when a site wants a check only a person can do.
